Appointments
Appointments can be made online or call us at 860-284-0555 during our regular business hours.
we do not accept appointment requests left via voicemail.
Before booking an appointment, please be sure to review our policy below.
We require a credit card to hold all appointments.
Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services or
in the case of a late cancellation or appointment no-show.
Running Late?
Happens to all of us! Please call us if you will be arriving late to your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment,
we may shorten or reschedule your service to avoid disrupting your next appointment.
Should service need to be shortened due to time constraints, the original cost of the service booked will be charged.
Cancellation & No-Show!
All appointment cancellations and reschedules require 24-hours notice. includes online appointment!
Cancellations or Reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service charge.
Appointments that are missed without prior notification,
or appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 1 hours of the scheduled start time,
are considered to be a “No Show” and are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,
we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. also our staff would be wasting that time. We appreciate your understanding.
Private Parties
Our salons may be reserved for private parties, but availability varies depending on the time and date requested.
Send inquiries to hello@fifthavenails.com for detailed availability, policies, and rates. make sure to include in your email the date + time of your event, total amount of guests and services you’ d like done.
Group Appointments
Please email us at to hello@fifthavenails.com inquire about group appointment availability.
Groups of three or more require a credit card upon time of booking.
and we require 20% gratuity on all services in the group appointment.
Any parties larger than five people must rent the space to accommodate their group.
Cancellations/rescheduling for groups of 3 or more require a 48-hour notice.
Cancellations or service downgrades within 24-hours of the appointment time will be charged.
the total cost plus 20% gratuity of the service originally booked.
If a group member arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
we cannot guarantee their scheduled services. Even if we are unable to provide a service,
you must pay the full cost of these services, including a 20% gratuity.
Gift Certificates
Gift Cards can be purchased in person at the salon or as an Booksy's e-gift card.
Booksy's e-gift card can be sent directly to the recipient upon purchase.
You can check your balance with the Booksy app. :)
Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds on Gift Card or Booksy's e-gift card purchases.
Gift cards and Booksy's e-gift card are valid for all services and products. All Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Environment
Please make sure to silence your cell phone/put your phone on vibrate before coming into the salon.
We kindly ask customers to refrain from accepting phone calls while relaxing at Fifth Avenue.
Food is not allowed at Fifth Avenue, but you can bring in drinks or coffee.
Please wear earphones when watching videos to avoid disturbing other customers.
Nail Chip
Fifth Avenue cannot guarantee the length that polish will last.
However, we will be happy to repair gel polish defects related to color application
within 72 hours of your initial service at no cost to you. Just call us to schedule your repair.
Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash.
Please kindly provide all gratuity in Cash.
